A balanced approach

Williamson Farms is a fourth-generation, family-owned farm, located near the Columbia River in George, Washington. Our progressive farming practices support our philosophy of environmental friendliness and good stewardship of the land. The farm grows a variety of crops ranging from traditional items like corn, peas, potatoes, and wheat, to more specialty crops such as mint, Echinacea, and lemon balm. More importantly for our cattle, we grow a number of grass crops, such as alfalfa, rye, wheat, and triticale (a wheat-rye blend).

Respect for animals

Williamson Farms cattle graze in open pasture on live, green, growing grasses – no grain, no feed, no animal byproducts – not ever. We practice low stress animal handling techniques, which fosters a contented environment. Furthermore, we don’t use antibiotics or growth hormones – ensuring a healthful, natural, flavorful eating experience for your family.

Our method of producing grass fed beef promotes the balance of natural systems that is healthy for animals, people, soils, and the environment.
